You just started automatically to think about your mother, as word “no” for your subconsciousness doesn’t mean  anything.
So, if in your motivation you was focused on this that you don't want to be fat...
Now you know, what your subconscious mind was receiving and bringing back into reality.

Smart way of approaching the motivation, is to focus on positive goal - outcome that you want, and you will achieve. This way your motivation gives new - positive direction to your subconscious mind.

You are going towards your goal and your motivation is going to attract suitable for you events and circumstances. You programming your subconscious mind that you want to accomplish your missions with positive result. In your the roots of the motivation you not trying to avoid the source of the pain anymore. 

And this mind set makes truly amazing difference. This simple change in your motivation, of literally only few words order, makes such a significant impact and absolutely changes track of the next events.
